IMPORTANT - IF YOUR SHIPPING TOTAL DURING CHECKOUT IS ZERO ( $0.00 ), IT MEANS THE AUTOMATIC SHIPPING QUOTE HAS FAILED. PLEASE CALL 1-800-349-3274 FOR A CUSTOM SHIPPING QUOTE. YOU WILL BE BILLED SEPERATELY FOR SHIPPING BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS.
Our return and refund policy is as follows:
There are absolutely NO refunds, replacements or exchanges on custom color orders unless a wrong part is shipped on our behalf, there is a defect or flaw in the product, or the order is damaged in shipment. You may return a product to us if:
1. The part shipped is incorrect on behalf of Palco Industries ( Dashtop ). Palco Industries ( Dashtop ) will pay all shipping charges.
2. If the consumer orders the wrong item, consumer is liable for shipping the product, plus will be charged additional shipping for the correct item. Please research the item you need throughly before placing your order.
3. Items may only be returned 30 ( thirty ) days after delivery of product. After the 30 days have expired, all sales are final.
Our Refund Policy is as follows:
1. Refunds are only available within 30 ( thirty ) days after delivery of product to consumer.
2. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. There is no restocking fee if an item is exchanged.
3. All returned items must be in resalable condition and free from damage. We recommend shipping your returns with insurance.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
You may cancel your order on a product if:
1. The product has not been shipped yet. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
2. If you wish to return your order after the item has been delivered, we will accept the return within 30 ( thirty ) days after delivery of the product. Consumer is responsible for paying freight for the return. Product must be in resalable condition and free from any damage. We recommend returning any products with insurance.
