Description
The 1963-1964 Dodge Dart and Plymouth Valiant represent the first generation of Chrysler's restyled A-body compacts, offering a blend of economy and surprising performance that made them favorites on both the street and the drag strip. After six decades, the factory dash pad on these early compacts deteriorates badly, with surface cracking, deep checking, and color fading that no amount of protectant can reverse. This Dashtop dash cover is precision-molded from UV-stable ABS plastic and installs directly over your original factory dashboard, which must remain in place to serve as a solid foundation.
Installation is fast and requires no special skills. Prepare the existing dash surface, apply the included silicone adhesive, and press the Dashtop overlay firmly into position. Once cured, the result is a permanent, rattle-free bond that hides every crack and provides a clean, factory-correct appearance. This cover also shields the original pad from further sun damage, preserving it for years to come.
