Description
Chevrolet restyled the Chevelle for 1966 with a more flowing body and a revised instrument panel that gave the A-body a more refined interior appearance. The 1966 El Camino and Malibu share the same dashboard design. After six decades of sun and heat exposure, the vinyl dash pad on these cars invariably shows deep cracking and fading. This Dashtop molded dash cover is precision-formed from UV-stable ABS plastic for the 1966 Chevelle-family dash, installing directly over your original factory dashboard, which must remain in place to serve as a solid foundation.
Apply the included silicone adhesive to the cleaned dash surface and set the Dashtop overlay in place. The cover bonds permanently and conceals all surface damage. Made in the USA and backed by Dashtop's lifetime warranty.
