Description
The first-generation 1967-1977 Toyota Celica brought affordable Japanese sports car styling to the masses and launched a nameplate that would endure for decades. Today these early Celicas are sought-after collector cars, but the factory dashboard was never designed to survive fifty-plus years of UV exposure. The vinyl surface cracks, fades, and checks, diminishing the impact of an otherwise well-maintained interior. This Dashtop dash cover is precision-formed from UV-stable ABS plastic to follow the contours of the original Celica instrument panel.
Clean the existing dash, apply the included silicone adhesive, and position the overlay. The cover bonds permanently, concealing surface damage and protecting the original pad from further sun deterioration. Made in the USA and backed by Dashtop's lifetime warranty, this is a key restoration part for preserving these increasingly valuable early Celicas.
