Description
The 1979-1981 Chevrolet Camaro received a revised dashboard design that differentiated it from the earlier second-generation models, while maintaining the iconic interior proportions. The factory vinyl pad cracks and fades from heat and UV exposure, a problem that has only worsened with age. This Dashtop molded dash cover is formed from UV-resistant ABS plastic to fit the 1979-1981 Camaro instrument panel specifically, installing directly over your original factory dashboard, which must remain in place to serve as a solid foundation.
Clean the existing dash surface, apply the included silicone adhesive, and press the Dashtop overlay into position. After curing, the bond is permanent and rattle-free. Made in the USA and backed by Dashtop's lifetime warranty, this dash cover fits all 1979-1981 Camaro models regardless of A/C configuration.
